Disconnecting BT, should zero the channels

r349 Does not fully solve it . setRaw(-1) will depend on the averaging of the channel. if the channel has averaging, this will just reduce the value of the channel. this means a channel with averaging will now send a reduced value

Also broadcasting a -1 will not give good results on the target channel, as that again depends on the averaging.

probably better to add a general CHANNEL_RESET broadcast from server, that all channels listen to and resets themselves
